Nga 14 dhjetori 2027, në tregun e Bashkimit Europian do të ndalohen produktet për të cilat është përdorur punë e detyruar në çdo fazë të prodhimit ose përpunimit. Rregulli do të zbatohet për produktet që tregtohen në BE, pavarësisht origjinës së tyre, si edhe për ato që eksportohen nga BE-ja.
Hetimet do të bazohen te niveli i rrezikut dhe do të marrin në konsideratë, ndër të tjera, seriozitetin e dyshimit, sasinë e produkteve të përfshira dhe zinxhirin e furnizimit.
Rregullorja nuk vendos një detyrim të ri të përgjithshëm për auditim apo raportim për çdo kompani, por autoritetet mund të kërkojnë informacion mbi masat e ndërmarra për identifikimin dhe menaxhimin e rrezikut të punës së detyruar.
Nëse shkelja provohet, produktet mund te ndalohen në tregun e BE-së, të tërhiqen nga qarkullimi dhe, sipas rastit, të riciklohen ose asgjësohen.
Bashkimi Prodhuesve Shqiptare ishte një ndër aktorët kryesore, të fazës më të rëndësishme për hartimin e strategjisë kombëtare S3 (Smart Specialization Strategy). Këto lloj strategjish janë idejuar dhe zhvilluar nga vendet e Bashkimit Europian, si një mjet i ri për nxitjen e inovacionit dhe zhvillimit rajonal.

Për të diskutuar rezultatet e arritura deri tani gjatë proçesit S3, dje nga ana e qeverisë shqiptare u organizua konferenca “Shqipëria inteligjente: Prioritetet dhe vizioni për të ardhmen”.

In his welcoming speech Mr. Shkodra emphasized the importance of undertaking such initiatives, which help in reducing the current shortage of about 60% of the workforce in the field of domestic production, through proper orientation of students.

The National Team for the Drafting of Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3) held the opening event on the presentation of the Strategy (S3), where the Albanian Manufacturers Union, was represented by its General Secretary Mr. Arben Shkodra, as a member of the S3 National Team. Mr. Shkodra was part of the presentation panel, together with the head of the S3 National Team, Mrs. Linda Pustina and the director of SASPAC, simultaneously a member of the S3 Interministerial Committee, Mr.
