 Sekretari i përgjithshëm i Bashkimit të Prodhuesve Shqiptarë z. Arben Shkodra ishte i ftuar në Panairin e Punës 2023, organizuar nga Universiteti Europian i Tiranës.

 Në këtë panair morën pjesë një numër i konsiderueshëm kompanish nga sektorë të ndryshme si: real estate, sektori bankar, kompani ndërtimi, media, studio logjore, studio arkitektonike etj, të cilat tashmë përmes një tradite të konsoliduar nga UET, ofrojnë një qasje të mirëorientuar për të vendosur studentin në qendër të tregut të punës.

 Në fjalën e tij përshëndetëse z. Shkodra theksoi rëndësinë e ndërmarrjes së nismave të tilla, të cilat ndihmojnë në zvogëlimin e mungesës aktuale të rreth 60% të forcës punëtore në fushën e prodhimit vendas, përmes një orientimi të duhur të studentëve.

 Ky panair shërben si një mundësi mjaft e mirë praktike ku studentët prezantohen me botën e biznesit brenda hapsirës akademike.

Në kuadër të Javës Ndërkombëtare të Sipërmarrjes, Zv/Kryeministrja znj. Balluku, Ministrja e Shtetit për Sipërmarrjen dhe Klimën e Biznesit znj. Ibrahimaj, Ministrja e Shtetit për Integrimin Europian znj. Dhuka, zv/Ministri i Financave dhe Ekonomisë z. Yzeiraj, në partneritet me projektin Saneca II (mbështetur nga GIZ) dhe në bashkëpunim me Bashkimin e Prodhuesve Shqiptare, zhvilluan një panel diskutimi publik-privat me tematikë: “Instrumentet e BE-së për Ndërmarrjet dhe Politikat Industriale, sipas Kapitullit 20 të Negociatave të Anëtarësimit”

Objektivat e këtij takimi ishin:

• Përshpejtimi i integrimit për rritje të qëndrueshme dhe tranzicion të gjelbër dhe digjital.

• Informimi i palëve të interesuara të sektorit privat për instrumentat e politikave, sipas Kapitullit 20.

• Lehtesimi i diskutimeve publike-private për maksimizimin e përfitimeve të këtyre instrumentave.

• Inkurajimi i përfshirjes së sektorit privat në procesin e anëtarësimit, veçanërisht në formësimin e politikave që plotësojnë nevojat e tyre.

• Promovimi i idesë së një qasjeje bashkë-krijuese për politikëbërjen.

• Përshpejtimi i integrimit në tregun e vetëm të BE-së dhe përshpejtimi i procesit të anëtarësimit

Bashkimi Prodhuesve Shqiptare ishte një ndër aktorët kryesore, të fazës më të rëndësishme për hartimin e strategjisë kombëtare S3 (Smart Specialization Strategy). Këto lloj strategjish janë idejuar dhe zhvilluar nga vendet e Bashkimit Europian, si një mjet i ri për nxitjen e inovacionit dhe zhvillimit rajonal.

Ekipi kombetar i S3, ku Bashkimi Prodhuesve Shqiptare luajti një rol mjaft aktiv, edhe nën kujdesin e veçantë të kabinetit të zv/kryeministres Balluku, zhvilloi 32 takime e diskutime (tryeza të rrumbullakëta dhe workshop-e) nga tetori 2022 deri në korrik 2023, ku u përfshinë 1,275 aktore të “Helikes së 4-fishtë” që janë: Qeverisja Qendrore dhe Vendore, Biznesi, Akademia dhe Shoqeria Civile.

Për të diskutuar rezultatet e arritura deri tani gjatë proçesit S3, dje nga ana e qeverisë shqiptare u organizua konferenca “Shqipëria inteligjente: Prioritetet dhe vizioni për të ardhmen”.

Edhe në organizimin dhe zhvillimin e kësaj konference, Bashkimi Prodhuesve Shqiptare ishte tepër i angazhuar.

Objektivat e diskutimit në këtë konferencë ishin:

• Energjia e rinovueshme dhe burimet natyrore

• Zinxhiri ushqimor i shëndetshëm dhe i qëndrueshëm

• Turizmi i qëndrueshëm dhe i larmishëm

📌Bashkimi i Prodhuesve Shqiptarë ishte pjesë e tryezës së Këshillit të Investimeve, me përfaqësi të Sekretarit të Përgjithshëm z. Arben Shkodra të cilët u mblodhen me qëllim për të diskutuar mbi cilësinë e shërbimeve publike të digjitalizuara me fokus sektorin privat, duke nënvizuar progresin e bërë deri më sot dhe sfidat me të cilat përballen aktorët publikë dhe privatë lidhur me ofrimin e këtyre shërbimeve.

Yesterday, the national workshop focused on the manufacturing industry sector, was held within the framework of the Smart Specialization Strategy (S3).

The Albanian Manufacturers Union, as part of the National Team of S3, helped organize this event where representatives from the Albanian manufacturing industries, representatives of the central and local government as well as the academic world, were organized in sectoral tables to enable a SWOT analysis that was carried out from the preliminary meetings held before within the sector.

In these sectoral roundtables, there were quite intensive discussions led by experts, which concluded with the extraction of the strong and weak points of the sector, opportunities and threats, and which summarized a set of conclusions with a focus on the vision of Albanian industries in the long term.

This national workshop is a model which is based on the methodology used by the European Commission, where at this level of work of the Smart Specialization Strategy (S3) plays a very significant role.

The Secretary General of the Albanian Manufacturers Union Mr. Arben Shkodra, was invited to the 2023′ Job Fair, organized by the European University of Tirana.

A significant number of companies from different sectors participated in this fair, such as: real estate, banking sector, construction companies, media, advocacy studios, architectural studios, etc., which already, through a tradition consolidated by UET, offer a well-oriented approach to place the student in the center of the labor market.

In his welcoming speech Mr. Shkodra emphasized the importance of undertaking such initiatives, which help in reducing the current shortage of about 60% of the workforce in the field of domestic production, through proper orientation of students.

This fair serves as a very good practical opportunity where students are introduced to the business world within the academic space.

The Secretary General of the Albanian Manufacturers Union Mr. Arben Shkodra, was part of the panel at the Business Climate Forum 2023, with the topic of discussion: “Challenges of Growth and Productivity”

This forum takes special care as it serves as a dialogue platform with business to exchange ideas and opinions on the work done, as well as to share common challenges related to the business climate, productivity and human resources.

The Albanian Manufacturers Union, was part of the Albania Investment Council table, represented by the Secretary General, Mr. Arben Shkodra, in which a constructive discussion was held on “The impact of the minimum wage on work productivity”. The meeting was led by the Ministry of Finance and Economy, Mrs Delina Ibrahimaj.

The National Team for the Drafting of Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3) held the opening event on the presentation of the Strategy (S3), where the Albanian Manufacturers Union, was represented by its General Secretary Mr. Arben Shkodra, as a member of the S3 National Team. Mr. Shkodra was part of the presentation panel, together with the head of the S3 National Team, Mrs. Linda Pustina and the director of SASPAC, simultaneously a member of the S3 Interministerial Committee, Mr. Ilir Beqaj.

An important part of this meeting was the welcoming speech of Deputy. Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania Mrs. Belinda Balluku, at the same time head of the Interministerial Committee of S3, which emphasized the importance and support of the Albanian government regarding this strategy, as a powerful instrument in the economic development of the country based on knowledge and innovation.

Another important moment in this opening event was the presence of the representatives of the Agency of Scientific Research and Innovation of the European Commission (JRC), who welcomed the initiative undertaken and emphasized the continuous support related to this process.

The opening event gathered representatives from the 4 Helix of the country such as: central and local government, academia, entrepreneurship and civil society, where every of them play a very special role in the drafting of this strategic document, which leads our country towards economic development in an intelligent way .

The Albanian Manufacturers Union, together with representatives of the manufacturing industries in the country, held a breakfeast meeting with the Deputy, Primeminister,also Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Mrs. Belinda Balluku.

The meeting was focused on 6 priority issues of manufacturing industries:

Public-Private Dialogue

Facilitation of Procedures (Deregulation)

Fiscal Justice

Employment and Vocational Training Issues

Export policies and strategy

European integration

During the meeting, there were many discussions and proposals for finding solutions related to the above issues, which create the possibility of a favorable clime for the productive sector in the country.
