Proposals for the support of Albanian Entrepreneurship

Referring to the approach and model of intervention in the economy of different governments, as well as the measures they are taking to prevent the crisis from paralyzing the local economies, in consultation with the manufacturing enterprises, a package of proposals has been drawn up which basically aim to guarantee non-threatening jobs for employees and ensure the necessary liquidity for productive industries to face the crisis during the state of emergency.

Propozimet për mbështetjen e Sipërmarrjes Shqiptare

Duke ju referuar qasjes dhe modelit të ndërhyrjes në ekonomi të qeverive të ndryshme, si dhe masave që ato po ndërmarrin për të mos lejuar që kriza të paralizojë ekonomitë vendasë, në konsultim me sipërmarrjet prodhuese është hartuar një paketë me propozime të cilat në thelb synojnë të garantojnë moscënimin e vendeve të punës për punonjësit dhe të sigurojnë likuiditetin e nevojshëm për industritë prodhuese për të përballuar krizën gjatë periudhës së gjëndjes së jashtëzakonshme.

First Assembly Meeting 2020

This Friday, on January 31, the Assembly of the Albanian Manufacturers Union was convened. The purpose of the assembly was to highlight:
1- Last year’s annual work.
2- To discuss the achievement of the objectives and the completeness of the 2019 plans.
3- The manner and form of management of unexpected situations in terms of time and cost, such as the earthquake of November 26.
4- The 2019 budget project.
5- How and what awaits us in 2020.

After discussing the past year topics related to the various problems encountered by the businesses of the various economic sectors of the Albanian Manufacturers Union were presented at the discussion table. The members of the assembly talk about the causes that affect their businesses and how they can solve these problems in order to grow their enterprises economically. This discussion was joined also by the Former Minister of State for the Protection of Entrepreneurship, Mr. Eduard Shalsi, who explained how the problems of various enterprises can be solved and gradually improved.

Mbledhja e Parë e Asamblesë 2020

Kete te premte, me date 31 janar te ketij viti ,u mblodh Asambleja e Bashkimit te Prodhuesve Shqiptarë. Asambleja kishte per qellim te nxirrte ne pah:
1- Punen nje vjecare te vitit te kaluar.
2- Te diskutonte mbi arritshmerine e objektivave dhe plotsueshmerine e planeve te 2019.
3- Menyren dhe formen e menaxhimit te situatave te paprituara ne kohe dhe kosto, si termeti i 26 nentorit.
4- Projekt-buxhetin e vitit 2019.
5- Si dhe çfarë na pret në 2020.

Pasi u diskutua mbi vitin qe lam pas, ne tryezen e diskutimeve u parashtruan tema ne lidhje me problematikat e ndryshme te cilat hasin sipermarjet e sektoreve te ndyshem ekonomik te Bashkimit te Prodhuesve Shqiptarë. Anetaret e asamblese folen mbi shkaqet te cilat cenojne bizneset e tyre dhe si mund ti zgjidhin keto probleme ne menyre qe sipermarrjet e tyre te rriten ekonomikisht. Ketij diskutimi ju bashkua dhe Ministri per Mbrojtjen e Sipermarrjes , zoti Eduard Shalsi, i cili foli dhe sqaroi menyren se si problemet e sipermarrjeve te ndryshme mund te zgjidhen, si dhe te permiresohen ne menyre graduale.

Earthquake Emergency

On November 26, 2019, the Albanian Manufacturers Union built the first canteen in Thumane with a capacity of 400 people to provide the affected families with hot food cooked on site for the next day.
We thank the Albanian producers who contributed to the construction of this space.
Once again, we express our condolences to the victims of this disaster and we hope that this is the end of it. We will continue to offer our help in other ways as well.

On the second day in the Thumane emergency camp, in the canteen built by the Albanian Manufacturers Union, where Mr. Bledar Kola, one of the most popular cooks in our country, together with his staff, has given his contribution today by preparing hot meals for the residents of the area.
The family members of Thumane are going through very difficult days, everyone’s solidarity is needed to help these residents get through this dark period as easily as possible!

On the last (fourth) day of the first phase of our contribution to help the residents of Thumane. We hope that we have been a help in this difficult period for every family there. We thank you for the great support of all the members of the Albanian Manufacturers Union who made this possible, Bledar Kola and his chef friends, Arditi and Klajdi, who joined our initiative by cooking several days in a row without getting tired. We thank you the Armed Forces who assisted usand helped during the preparation and construction of the tent and for which we should all be proud as they undoubtedly remain the best part of this place. A special thanks to Mentor Kikia and his volunteers, as well as Don Enzo Zago and the Parish of Blinishti for their tireless volunteer work. We are temporarily separated from Thumana to return to the second phase of reconstruction after the evaluation process and the drafting of the reconstruction plan for the area are completed. The Albanian Manufacturers Union and its members will continue to remain engaged and attentive to any immediate needs that residents will present during these days until the situation stabilizes.

Emergjenca e Tërmetit

Bashkimi i Prodhuesve Shqiptar me date 26 Nentor 2019, ka ndertuar mensen e pare ne Thumane me kapacitet 400 persona per t’i ofruar familjeve te prekura ushqim te ngrohte te gatuar ne cast per dite me rradhe.
Falenderojme prodhuesit shqiptar qe kontribuan ne ndertimin e kesaj hapesire.
Shprehim dhe nje here ngushellimin tone per viktimat e kesaj katastrofe dhe shpresojme te perfundoje me kaq. Ne do te vazhdojme te ofrojme ndihmen tone edhe ne menyra te tjera.

Ne diten e dyte ne kampin e emergjencave te Thumanes, ne mensen e ndertuar nga Bashkimi i Prodhuesve Shqiptar, ku z. Bledar Kola, nje nga kuzhinieret me ne ze te vendit tone, se bashku me stafin e tij, ka dhene kontributin e tij gjate dites se sotme duke pergatitur ushqime te ngrohta per banoret e zones.
Familjaret e Thumanes po kalojne dite shume te veshtira, nevojitet solidariteti i gjithesecilit per t’i ndihmuar keta banore ta kalojne sa me lehte kete periudhe te erret!

Ne diten e fundit ( e kateret) e fazes se pare te kontributit tone ne ndihme te banoreve te Thumanes. Shpresojme te kemi qene nje ndihme ne kete periudhe te veshtire per cdo familje atje. Falenderojme shume per mbeshtejen e madhe te gjithe anetaret e Bashkimit te Prodhuesve qe bene te mundur kete gje, Bledar Kolen dhe miqte e tij guzhiniere, Arditin dhe Klajdin qe ju bashkuan inisiatives tone duke gatuar disa dite me rradhe pa u lodhur. Falenderojme Forcat e Armatosura te cilet na asistuan dhe ndihmuan gjate pregatitjes dhe ndertimit te tendes dhe per te cilet duhet te jemi te gjithe krenare pasi padyshim mbeten pjesa me e mire e ketij vendi. Nje falenderim te vecante per Mentor Kikia dhe vullnetareve te tij, si dhe Don Enzo Zago dhe Famullia e Blinishtit per punen vullnetare te palodhur. Shkeputemi perkohesisht nga Thumana per tu rikthyer ne fazen e dyte te rindertimit pasi te perfundoje procesi i vleresimit dhe i hartimi te planit te rindertimit te zones. Bashkimi i Prodhuesve dhe anetaret e saj do te vijojne te mbeten te angazhuar dhe te vemendshem per cdo nevoje imediate qe banoret do te paraqesin gjate ketyre diteve deri ne stabilizimin e situates.

Convention of the Albanian Manufacturers Union

On November 15, 2019, was held the 1st Convention of the Albanian Manufacturers Union.
The main purpose of the Convention is the further promotion of local production and discussions regarding the challenges or problems that concern local industries. The convention brought together for the first time the most important domestic manufacturing industries creating an open discussion platform.
The main topics discussed during this convention were: “Increasing the competitiveness of Made in Albania products” and “Challenges of domestic production in the context of Industry 4.0″.
Invited to discuss these problems were more than 100 local entrepreneurs, various ministers of the government cabinet and representatives from the international chamber.

Konventa I Prodhuesve Shqiptarë

Më datë 15 Nëntor 2019 u mbajt Konventa I e Prodhuesve Shqiptarë, e organizuar nga Bashkimi i Prodhuesve Shqiptarë.
Qëllimi kryesor i Konventës është promovimi i mëtejshëm i prodhimit vendas dhe diskutime në lidhje me sfidat apo problemet që shqetësojnë industritë vendase. Konventa bëri bashkë për herë të parë industritë më të rëndësishme të prodhimit vendas duke krijuar një platformë diskutimi të hapur.
Temat kryesore të diskutuara gjate kësaj konvente ishin: “Rritja e konkurrueshmërisë së produkteve Made in Albania” dhe “Sfidat e prodhimit vendas në kontekstin e industrisë 4.0”.
Te ftuar per te diskutuar mbi keto probleme ishin mbi 100 sipermarres lokale, Ministra te ndryshem te kabinetitit qeveritar dhe perfaqesues nga dhoma nderkombetare.

Fair “Albania Works the Land”

On November 16-17, 2019, took place the largest agri-food fair in Albania “Albania Works the Land”.
For the first time, the Albanian Manufacturers Union participated in the organization of this event, from which 25 large businesses were invited to show and promote even more local production. Many associations known to everyone, such as Amita and Golden Eagle soft drinks, Tirana, Elbar and Stela beers, Qafshtama, Glina, Lajthiza and Spring water, Çobo, Nurellari, Belba and Balaj wineries along with many other businesses like: Tapet Bari Natyral, Gjirofarma, Albanian Herb, Alb Inspekt, Fertileva, Zdravo gave numerous shows for children and attracting attention among the citizens. There was also an agrotourism show, where various specialties were cooked live on the most popular agrotourisms in Albania, some of which were Mullixhiu and Mrizi i Zanave.
During the two days of its organization, the fair is believed to have gathered over 10,000 young men, women and children who came, saw and enjoyed Shqip. Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Mr. Bledi Çuçi, as the main organizer of this event, was present and visited the stands of farmers and businesses during both days, accompanied by the mayor of Tirana, Mr. Erion Veliaj dhe Kryeministri i Shqipërisë Sh.T.Z. Edi Rama.
Success was guaranteed in this third edition of “Albania Works the Land”!

Panairi “Shqipëria Punon Tokën”

Në datat 16-17 Nëntor 2019 u zhvillua Panairi më i madh agroushqimor në Shqipëri “Shqipëria Punon Tokën”.
Për herë të parë në organizimin e këtij eventi mori pjesë Bashkimi i Prodhuesve Shqiptarë, prej të cilës u ftuan 25 biznese të mëdha për të treguar dhe promovuar akoma më tepër prodhimin vendas. Shumë shoqata të njohura për të gjithë, si lëngjet freskuese Amita e Golden Eagle, birrat Tirana, Elbar dhe Stela, ujë Qafshtama, Glina, Lajthiza e Spring, kantinat e verërave Çobo, Nurellari, Belba e Balaj së bashku me shumë biznese të tjera të mëdha si: Tapet Bari Natyral, Gjirofarma, Albanian Herb, Alb Inspekt, Fertileva, Zdravo dhanë shfaqje të shumta për fëmijë, duke tërhequr kështu vëmendje tek qytetarët. Gjithashtu nuk mungoi as show i agroturizmit, ku mbi agroturizmet më të njohura në Shqipëri gatuan live specialitete të ndryshme, disa nga të cilët ishin Mullixhiu e Mrizi i Zanave.
Panairi gjatë dy ditëve të organizimit të tij besohet të ketë mbledhur mbi 10000 të rinj e të reja, burra e gra, fëmijë e të moshuar të cilët erdhën, panë dhe shijuan Shqip. Ministri i Bujqësisë dhe Zhvillimit Rural z. Bledi Çuçi, si organizatori kryesor i këtij eventi ka qenë prezent dhe ka vizituar stendat e fermerëve dhe bizneseve gjatë të dy ditëve, i shoqëruar nga kryetari i Bashkisë Tiranë z. Erion Veliaj dhe Kryeministri i Shqipërisë Sh.T.Z. Edi Rama.
Suksesi ishte i garantuar në këtë edicion të tretë të “Shqipëria Punon Tokën”!
